Welcome to Ladies Clay Shooting League 2021 season, we trust this email finds you well. Please read the following IMPORTANT information.

As we monitor the situation and get feedback from grounds, we can look at making steady progress to resume some League events during 2021. Miles and I have given some considerable thought to the rest of the year ahead and have designed a full shooting calendar.
The LCSL scored competitions will be begin Saturday 1st of May 2021.
We will run the events in accordance Government Guidelines along with the selected ground’s Covid-19 safe rules and all events will be ran in squad format. Coaching will be offered where we are able to run them in a proper and safe manner.
HOW IT WORKS
In 2021 there will be 5 x ESP and 1 x Sport Trap league events running from May to October 2021 and all will be shot on the first Saturday of the month. Under current guidelines we are having to book into TIMED SQUADS this is achieved by opening event link, on Facebook or website, where you can choose the time you want to shoot. The squads are CURRENTLY for 5 shooters this accommodates the rule of 6 when you meet the coaches at designated stands.
We have increased the birds!!!
The format will be an 80-bird shoot (ESP) open to ladies from all counties.
Two extra events will be Skeet (ESK) and Down the Line/Trap (DTL) if the calendar allows.
Please note: – Check your passwords on your account so you can log into LCSL, its particularly important to book your own time slot so as we can create the competitor email list and score board. The times showing have spaces those not showing are full.

As you may be aware many grounds are now opening from 29th March 2021 with restrictions so please check on their websites most have a pre book system in place to keep you all safe and all have sanitisers around the ground, so go out and have fun and support your ground.

LCSL & CLOTP have merged and in the future will be running events at the same venue on the same date. We are keen to encourage Absolute Beginners and Ladies Starting Out. If you have friend’s family and associates you feel would benefit from these days, then please send them to the Facebook page where they can leave us a message.

Absolute Beginners – Ladies who want to “have a go” with Full instruction, gun hire, 25 clays and cartridges included
Starting Out – Ladies who are ready to go, have a gun license and Gun who need to get going and a confidence boost. Full instruction 30 clays and cartridges included, Gun Hire if needed
All Ladies will be advised on Gun safety and Gun fit and will have the opportunity to carry on shooting afterwards upon their own arrangement with the Grounds instructor
